Flights of Fancy in Tampa

Artist Duke Riley created “Trading with the Enemy,” a live art project that involved training 50 pigeons to fly from Key West to Havana and back – carrying Cuban cigars and video cameras – to make a statement about the US trade embargo with Cuba.
