Slow cooker winter sangria recipe

‘Tis the season for holiday parties, and a festive beverage always livens up a gathering. This slow cooker winter sangria from The Foodie Affair is one of my all-time favorites – it’s incredibly easy, and the warm cinnamon scent that fills your home is an added bonus.

Simply pour two bottles of red wine, 1 cup pomegranate juice, ½ cup brandy, ¼ cup triple sec and ¼ cup sugar into the slow cooker and stir. Then, add two cinnamon sticks, a diced pear and a cored and diced apple. After simmering on low for two hours, just add a thinly sliced orange.

Cheers!
