Hillsborough County hosts Trunk or Treat, Halloween Skate Jam

Hillsborough County is set to host several events this Halloween weekend, including Trunk or Treat and a Halloween Skate Jam.

Friday evening, several community centers across the county – Ruskin Park & Recreation Center,  Mango Recreation Center and  Northdale Recreation Center –  will celebrate Trunk or Treat, complete with costume contests, decorated trunk contest, free giveaways and, most importantly, candy.

On Saturday, grab a board for the “Halloween Skate Jam” to compete against other skaters in the best trick contest, coffin race and best costume contest at Carrollwood Village Skate Park, Apollo Beach Skate Park, Kackson Springs Skate Park and Providence Skate Park.
