USF lays out plan for long-term sports growth, success

USF Vice President of Athletics Michael Kelly has granted contract extensions to each of the school’s 14 head coaches through at least 2023. The move, Kelly said, will give the Bulls stability as they move forward.

Kelly also received an extension through 2028.

“Some things are in place. Some things are yet to be in place. But I’m very enthused about the direction we’re going,” Kelly said. “I love the team of coaches we have in place, Team USF and the way they work together.”

Kelly added that he’d like to see an on-campus football stadium ready sometime soon, between 2026 and 2028.
