Public relations and government affairs pro Shannon Love joined Tampa Electric Co. as regional affairs coordinator, effective Monday, Jan. 8.
She’ll serve under TECO Vice President of State and Regional Affairs Stephanie Smith. Love will be tasked with organizing and representing TECO on regional affairs and community investment.
Love has been involved in Tampa Bay area politics and organizing for years, including stints working with clients on both sides of the political aisle.
She previously worked as a self-employed public affairs consultant, a campaign manager for Rep. Dana Trabulsy and as the Central Florida Political Director for the Florida Justice Association.
