Coastal Construction, a general contractor in the Southeast U.S., won the General Contractor Project of the Year award from Associated Builders and Contractors Gulf Coast Chapter for its work on the Heron Residences in Water Street Tampa.
“The Heron was a true collaboration between our talented team and our partners, and this recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication that went into bringing this project to life,” said Central and North Florida company President Sean DeMartino.
The company’s subcontractor, Baker Concrete, won Subcontractor Project of the Year for the Thousand & One office tower project in Tampa.
