Weatherford Capital, led by former Florida Speaker of the House Will Weatherford, invested into Stellar, a venture-backed tech marketplace that addresses maintenance within the single-family rental market.
Stellar announced it raised $20 million Series B growth equity financing, which included investments from Brick & Mortar Ventures, S3 Ventures, Alerion Ventures and Navigate Ventures. The new funding brings the company’s total venture capital to $35 million and will be used to enhance Stellar’s technology and platform, invest in new talent and expand into new U.S. markets.
Stellar’s mission is to increase asset value and retention to build thriving businesses and communities.
