Recora and Tampa General offer new cardiac recovery program

Recora is partnering with the Tampa General Heart & Vascular Institute for its new cardiac recovery program.

The program will be the first of its kind in the Tampa Bay region, and expand TGH’s outpatient cardiac rehabilitation program to more eligible patients in the center’s 23-county service area. Recora removes the access barrier and provides virtual tools to patient. On-demand contact with care teams and other resources allow patients to complete their cardiac recovery and rehabilitation from home.

“It’s a game changer for patients that require cardiac rehabilitation,” said Dr. Guilherme Oliveira, executive director of the Tampa General Heart & Vascular Institute.
