Employee perk: Extra holiday time off

Only one in three businesses close from Christmas Eve to New Year’s Day. But in a competitive job market, it’s a perk employers might want to consider.

At B2, we have flexible schedules and work remotely that week. Many of our clients are off work around the holidays, but we still need to be available to journalists.

Employees let us know their preferred work schedule, and client teams determine who will be responsive to clients and journalists during the holidays. It allows employees to enjoy extra time with friends and family and use downtime to recharge for the new year.
