Now Tampa-based Homee is changing how homeowners and property managers find, schedule and pay for qualified services. The on-demand property maintenance app delivers service providers for heating & air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and handyman services in approximately 30 minutes – no appointment necessary.
Florida Funders, a Tampa-based venture capital firm with an equity crowdfunding portal, was the lead investor in Homee, providing $760,000 in a $1.35M round. The funding will support expansion from 10 Florida cities plus Cincinnati, Ohio into new markets.
