St. Petersburg-based Englander Fischer is launching a new regulatory and compliance practice group to focus on financial services regulation, investment advisor and broker-dealer compliance and securities.
Dione Fajardo, a 30-year financial services industry professional with 17 years of experience in regulatory and compliance, will chair the new practice group.
England Fischer is also continuing to expand its business litigation teams, including with new hires Kent Whittemore, Joelle Bordeaux and Gabrielle Bacetti, each with extensive experience in various litigation practices.
Englander Fischer specializes in commercial and business litigation and employs some 20 partners and lawyers at its downtown St. Pete location.
