Bucs rout Carolina in regular-season finale

by The 100 Companies

The Bucs trounced the Carolina Panthers 41-17 Sunday night to complete the regular-season with a 13-4 record – breaking its previous record for regular season wins the team set in 2002.

The next stop for the Bucs: a home playoff game Sunday at 1 p.m. against the Philadelphia Eagles. The Bucs are the No. 2 seed in the NFC behind top-seeded Green Bay. That would give them a second home game should they take care of business against the Eagles.

Quarterback Tom Brady finished the season with 5,316 passing yards and those 43 touchdowns, both new single-season records for the Bucs.
