Tampa Bay’s winner and loser of the week

Winner: Manatee watchers. The TECO Manatee Viewing Center is open again after an 18-month close. Visitors can return to the canal near Apollo Beach by the Big Bend Power Station to watch potentially hundreds of gentle sea cows, as they escape chilly waters for the warmth that spot provides.

Loser: Antonio Brown. The now-former Buccaneers receiver not only lost his spot on the team (and likely his NFL career) when he stormed off the field mid-game against the Jets – he was also within reach of meeting performance incentives that would have brought him $1 million.
