Sadhguru, an internationally known yoga and meditation leader, visionary and New York Times best-selling author, shares three fundamentals for good health:

– Eat right: At least 40% of your diet should be fresh fruits and vegetables.

– Use your body: Bend forward, backward, twist to both sides and squat daily to stretch your spinal column and keep your entire system healthy, particularly the neurological system.

– Get rest: The body needs more rest, not necessarily more sleep.
