MarineMax hires Beth Garland as the Senior Vice President of People Strategy

MarineMax, the largest boat and yacht retailer in the world, is welcoming Beth Garland on as its new Senior Vice President of People Strategy.

Garland has over two decades of experience in human resources and operations. In this role, she will enhance team member engagement, strengthen professional development opportunities and expand benefits.

Garland also serves on the Southwest Florida Area Board of Directors for the American Cancer Society.
