Former prosecutor Sean Bevil will join Shumaker’s Tampa office as an associate with their Litigation and Community Associations practice groups.
Bevil previously worked in the Hillsborough County State Attorney’s Office as an assistant state attorney. There, he prosecuted thousands of cases related to felony crimes.
“We are excited to have Sean joining Shumaker. His skills and experience in the courtroom will make our team even stronger,” Jonathan Ellis, Shumaker Partner and Community Associations Business Sector Chair, said in a statement.
Bevil earned his bachelor’s at Florida State University and his law degree from The College of William & Mary in 2015.
