Our economy continues to grow with new industries like medical marijuana and other drivers like the hot real estate market, along with a continued emphasis on entrepreneurship through organizations like Florida Funders and resources like the planned business incubator in St. Petersburg.
The year will bring significant progress on major area developments, including the new St. Petersburg Pier, The Heights and the Channel District. Innovative revitalization projects are underway in St. Petersburg’s Grand Central District and Tampa’s Ybor City and West Tampa neighborhoods.
