Bucs’ tight end Rob Gronkowski back on sidelines after injury

by The 100 Companies

Bucs tight end Rob Gronkowski’s return from the injury list didn’t last long. Gronkowski was in for only five plays Sunday against New Orleans before leaving the game with a back injury.

He had missed the previous four games after suffering four cracked ribs, a broken rib, and a punctured lung against Los Angeles.

Before injuries struck, Gronkowski was off to a strong start with four touchdowns in two games.

There was no immediate word how long this latest setback could keep him sidelined. He’ll have extra time to rest, however, because the Bucs are on a bye this week.
