The Tampa Bay Lightning and USA Hockey are working to grow the game of hockey with a series of summer camps held in locations across the state.
Players participate in two on-ice sessions per day and receive instruction in the weight room on endurance skills and plyometric training to build strength. Campers will learn from Lightning alumni and other VIP guests, and interact with current players.
Camps are available for players of all skill levels and ages. The next session in Tampa Bay will be held July 17-21 at the Brandon Ice Sports Forum. Registration starts at $475.
