French jewelry designer Jean Schlumberger created some of the most beautiful jewelry of the 20th century. The Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg is currently showcasing his genius, and there will be a rare opportunity Sunday, March 17 to take an in-depth look at Schlumberger’s life.

The MFA’s Stanton Thomas, PhD will moderate a discussion on Schlumberger’s personal relationships, from his longtime partner Luc Bouchage to close friend Rachel Lambert “Bunny” Mellon.

The panel includes “Bunny” Mellon biographer Meryl Gordon, Tiffany & Co. assistant archivist Amy McHugh and architect Yann Weymouth (Bouchage’s nephew). The event is included with Museum admission.
