Program empowers Black women to put their breast health first

by The 100 Companies

Black people live the shortest amount of time after a cancer diagnosis than any other racial group. And in 2019, breast cancer became the leading cause of death from cancer for Black women. Help change that by supporting Ladies Night, an event designed to educate and encourage minority women to take control of their breast health with screening and early detection.

The program’s theme, “Reclaiming Your Time,” highlights the matriarchal role of Black women who often prioritize their family’s needs above their own. Speakers include survivor Selena Kim and her inspirational story, plus Donna Welch, founder of My Daughter’s Keeper.
