The Tampa Bay Rays on Wednesday tallied their 15th win of the season. With just three losses, they are at the top of the American League-East division and have a better record than any team in Major League Baseball.
But things aren’t looking so sunny for the city of Tampa’s PURE program, or as critics have dubbed it, toilet-to-tap.

Tampa Bay Water, which supplies the region’s drinking water, was non-committal to the idea.
