Three tidbits:
– His military father sent him to live with his Clearwater grandparents, and he attended St. Petersburg Junior College.
– While attending Florida State, Morrison was arrested at a football game for disorderly behavior. A favorite professor took him for a haircut before his court date.
– He’s a member of the so-called “27 Club” – famous musicians, actors and artists who died at the age of 27.
