Daystar Life Center, which provides homeless and lower-income people with everything from food to clothing to help with career services, is opening a new resource center in St. Petersburg that’s three times larger than the old location.
The building was designed by Place Architecture, which designed Armature Works in Tampa and The Salvador condominiums in St. Pete, among other well-known facilities. The new Daystar center has an organic garden for fresh produce, a food bank and clothing room in an inviting atmosphere featuring tall ceilings and bright colors.
Daystar is looking for donations and volunteers. Learn more here.
