This time of year is often about looking forward, with hope for what’s ahead. While the goal setting that marks New Year’s resolutions is important, reflection is just as powerful – it solidifies what you’ve learned to ensure it stays with you.
My decade as a public school teacher taught me many things, but one of the most salient pieces I’ve gained about learning is that unless we take the time to process what we’ve learned, it will likely fly out the windows of our brains the first chance it gets.
So, get cozy and spend some time reflecting this season.
