Asher residential tower set to open soon at Water Street Tampa

A new luxury apartment tower is set to open by spring of next year in Water Street Tampa.

The 22-story Asher residential tower will hold 490 units, from studios to two-bedroom apartments. The first six stories will feature units for ROOST Tampa, an extended-stay hotel concept.

Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, the tower will hold shared amenity spaces, including a rooftop pool and lawn, individual outdoor kitchens and an indoor-outdoor bar. It will also hold a fitness facility, entertainment spaces, a movie room and a co-working space.

The complex will start pre-leasing apartments in January, with move-ins set for March. Pricing is not yet available.
