Bucs clinch NFC South championship

by The 100 Companies

Despite playing with a severely depleted roster due to key player injuries, the Bucs routed the Carolina Panthers 32-6 Sunday to clinch their first division title since 2007.

The victory means the Bucs will have at least one playoff game at Raymond James Stadium.

The Bucs got major contributions against the Panthers from several players who had played minor roles this season, most notably running backs Ronald Jones and Ke’Shawn Vaughn, who had touchdowns. The Bucs also sacked quarterbacks Cam Newton and Sam Darnold seven times.

They travel to the New York Jets next Sunday before closing at home against Carolina.
