Bucs return to action Sunday against Washington

by The 100 Companies

After breaking for a bye week, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers return to action Sunday in Washington. Coach Bruce Arians gave the players six days off during the break.

Even though the Bucs didn’t play, things couldn’t have turned out better for them in the standings. Green Bay, Dallas, Los Angeles and division rival New Orleans all lost. That helped the 6-2 Bucs pull even in the loss column with the Packers, Cowboys and Rams, and it gave them a one-game lead in the NFC South with the now 5-3 Saints.

The Arizona Cardinals have the NFC’s best record at 8-1.
