The Gulf Shore Association of Condominiums invites community members to attend a Post Legislative Update on Tuesday, August 2. This free, virtual forum is a part of GSAC’s education and outreach programs, designed to engage its members in the important issues impacting the community.
Attendees will learn about legislative changes, resulting from the collapse of the Champlain Towers with presentations from industry experts on the legal impacts, structural engineering liabilities, association financial reserves and condominium insurance requirements.
Four speakers will have 20 minutes to share industry-specific impacts, with time allotted for public questions at the end.
