More than $20 million worth of condominiums at Altura Bayshore have been placed under contract in the last 60 days as the luxury condo tower moves through construction.
The recent sales come in addition to $60 million in sales before foundation work on the tower began last year.
Construction crews are currently finishing details on a phase-one parking structure that will include an owner-only rooftop amenity deck. Construction is also significantly under way on the condo tower itself, drilling foundation pillars, connecting utility lines and preparing vertical construction.
Altura Bayshore is set to be a 23-story tower overlooking Tampa’s Bayshore Boulevard.
