Altis Cardinal purchases $40 million office park in Skyway Marina District

Altis Cardinal, a Coral Gables-based real estate firm, has closed a $40 million deal on an office park in St. Petersburg’s Skyway Marina District – the city’s  largest land purchase in decades.

The firm paid all cash, acquiring the 34-acre Ceridian Office Park at 3201 34th St. South. The property is set to be developed into a mixed-use project including commercial, multi-family and retail space.

The next step for the firm is submitting a master plan for the property, with preliminary development plans keeping a portion of the property’s existing 380,000-square-feet office complex, while adding multi-family units and retail space.
