The seller, Gretchen Shires, paid $6.6 million for the penthouse and sold it to John and Pamela Keiser.

The property had been listed for $7.9 million. Its final selling amount was $1,015 per square-foot, the second-highest ever paid for a condo in Hillsborough County, beating the previous $1,010 per square-foot set in the same building in February.
