The Urban Land Institute Tampa Bay Trends Conference, set for Jan. 30 at Tampa’s Armature Works, offers a preview of the real estate industry in 2019.
But the conference will cover much more than real estate, with two dynamic speakers:
– Janet Echelman, an internationally renowned outdoor sculptor with roots in Tampa Bay, whose floating net sculpture will be installed in the Pier District of St. Petersburg, will talk about sculpture, public art and urban transformation.
– Robin Chase, co-founder and former CEO of Zipcar, the world’s largest carsharing company, will discuss autonomous vehicles and the future of the sharing economy.
