I have a vision Florida’s universities can be national destination universities. We’re developing a comprehensive plan to boost the strength and competitiveness of our state’s higher education system as our primary economic engine to drive vibrant, sustainable economic development and growth in high-paying jobs.
Since January, hundreds of billions of gallons of polluted water have been released from Lake Okeechobee into the St. Lucie and Caloosahatchee Rivers, destroying estuaries and causing pollution. We can find a better solution.
