The Tampa Tiger Bay Club will host Senate President Wilton Simpson next week to discuss the 2021 Legislative Session along with this year’s Special Session.
Simpson, a Pasco County Republican, has one more year as Senate President and is then expected to run for Agriculture Commissioner.
The Florida Chamber of Commerce also named Simpson the 2021 most valuable legislator. The Chamber recognized Simpson for pushing through nearly two dozen of its priorities, like COVID-19 liability protection legislation.
The meeting is set for July 16 at noon at the Cuban Club. Tickets for the event are available at tigerbayclub.com/tickets.
