The Department of Justice is being sued over the still-shielded client list of serial Palm Beach sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.
Washington nonprofit Judicial Watch filed the complaint this month, demanding the names of Epstein’s clients.
The lawsuit comes after the DOJ failed to respond to four Freedom of Information Act requests and Fox News reports quoting U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi saying she had the list and implying she’d make it public.
“Simply put,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said, “the Justice Department needs to respond to public demands for transparency under the law and release the Epstein files.”
