The Institute for Strategic Policy Solutions (ISPS) and the Tampa Bay Partnership are premiering a 2023 Legislative Session recap with Sens. Ed Hooper and Darryl Rouson July 27 at noon.

Hooper, a Republican, represents Senate District 21 in parts of northern Pinellas and western Pasco counties. Rouson, a Democrat, represents Senate District 16 covering parts of Pinellas and Hillsborough counties from downtown St. Pete to downtown Tampa.
The ISPS at St. Petersburg College fosters late Congressman C.W. Bill Young’s vision to enhance community education and understanding involving public policy.
