Tampa Bay: Winner and loser of the week

Winner: Tampa General Hospital. We know the stress health care professionals have endured during the pandemic. But even with that challenge, TGH took first place in Forbes list of best health care facilities to work at in Florida.

Nationally, TGH also ranked No. 13 among Forbes’s Best Employers for Women.

Loser: Hillsborough County Republican Party. That group gave state Rep. Anthony Sabatini the Calvin Coolidge Good Governance Award.

Seriously?

Sabatini filed multiple frivolous lawsuits last year over mask mandates and lost each time. He also wants a state audit of the 2020 election, even though his candidate, Donald Trump, won.
