She’s done it, yet again. Local author Lisa Unger has written her 17th book, “The Stranger Inside.”
The widely regarded master of suspense will hold a book launch at the Oxford Exchange in Tampa on Sept. 17. Tampa Bay Times book critic Colette Bancroft will interview Unger, whose popular books have been published in 26 languages.
Unger received two Edgar Awards nominations for her last book, “Under My Skin.” The awards, named after Edgar Allan Poe, are presented every year by the Mystery Writers of America. Agatha Christie is one of the only other authors to receive two Edgar nominations.
