Other Side of the Dunes is a charity run by veterans to help open up the world for paralyzed veterans. The St. Petersburg-based charity provides wheelchairs so that people like Gulf War veteran Troy D. Conquest can enjoy simple pleasures like a trip to the beach – he calls the wheelchair life-changing.
