Pet adoption fees waived on Oct. 20

SPCA Tampa Bay cares for more than 8,000 animals every year, and is always looking for ways to help more pets.

As an example, SPCA Tampa Bay is offering fee-waived adoptions on Saturday, Oct. 20 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., thanks to a sponsorship by Bank OZK.

Visitors can find dogs, cats and pocket pets available for adoption without the normal cost, and staff and volunteers will be available to help people find a good match.

Check out pets available for adoption on its website. Animals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
