Many artists have found their inspiration in Tampa, and a new exhibit at the Tampa Museum of Art pays homage to the diversity of talent that has taken root or flourished here.
”Made in Tampa” features over 40 works from the museum’s permanent collection by artists who worked in Tampa at various times during their careers. Artists include Theo Wujcik, James Rosenquist and Robert Rauschenberg. The exhibit takes its name from a suite of works Rauschenberg created with artist Donald Saff in the early 1970s at Graphicstudio at the University of South Florida. See the exhibit now through April 1.
