Learn how to enjoy classical music in a new way when The Florida Orchestra takes you “Inside the Music” on Nov. 1.
Florida Orchestra Music Director Michael Francis teaches concertgoers how to listen deeply. Maestro Francis will use samples of Beethoven’s Symphony No. 7, a piece of “rhythmic drive and power,” to lead the discussion. A performance of the entire work will follow.
The evening is part of The Florida Orchestra’s “Inside the Music” series, celebrating the orchestra’s 50th anniversary season.
The program begins at 7:30 p.m. at The Palladium Theater. Pay what you can at the door.
