Pendry Residences Tampa, a planned luxury hotel and residential tower in downtown Tampa, has exceeded a record-breaking $200 million in residential sales.
“This significant sales milestone is yet another indication that we have found the right opportunity in Tampa,” said Two Roads Development Managing Partner Reid Boren.
Preparations have begun for concrete piles and casting, which are components of the early construction process.
The tower will offer one-to-three bedroom units with amenities such as a private residential lobby, private elevator and rooftop pool. Homes will feature modern design and residents can enjoy fully serviced living.
Residences start at $1.3 million.
