The list compares 93 of the biggest U.S. cities based on dog park access, quality and climate, specifically ranking each city by measuring the number of dog parks per 100,000 residents, ratings and historical weather data.
Earning high scores for its many dog parks, Tampa neared the top of the list at No. 4, outranking St. Petersburg (No. 19), Orlando (No. 34), Jacksonville (No. 47) and Miami (No. 64).
Tampa earned one of its highest scores for accessibility to dog parks.
