Paul’s Landing, the new marina-front restaurant at The Vinoy Renaissance in downtown St. Petersburg, is set to open Feb. 19. The Tampa Bay 100 got a sneak peek last week, sampling a menu inspired by historic settler William Paul’s staples of seafood and citrus.
Gulf seafood like grouper and shrimp are featured on sandwiches and salads. Fresh citrus flavors come to play in creative cocktails and desserts like the key lime pie.
The flavors are great and the service matches The Vinoy. However, it’s the unobstructed panoramic views of St. Petersburg’s marina that make Paul’s Landing a must-visit.
