Calling all doughnut devotees: Mini Doughnut Factory is open on Fourth Street North in St. Petersburg, serving a variety of doughnuts that are one-third the size of a regular doughnut. It (almost) feels like a guilt-free experience.
We recommend going with a friend and ordering a box of six, so you can cut each mini doughnut in half to sample more flavors. (The Factory has 16 flavors, plus a build-your-own option.)
But there’s one doughnut you may want to keep all for yourself – the Sweet Pig, made with vanilla cake topped with maple icing and bacon.
