Bolts battle back from the brink to defeat Rangers

by The 100 Companies

With hope fading for a third consecutive Stanley Cup, the Lightning rallied from a two-goal deficit Sunday and beat the New York Rangers 3-2.
The Rangers still lead the best-of-seven NHL Eastern Conference final 2-1, with Game 3 on Tuesday in Tampa.
The winning goal came wth 41.6 seconds left in regulation when Ondrej Palat blasted a one-timer into the net off a brilliant feed by Nikita Kucherov.
“Palat, we’ve seen this for years. He is a quiet kid,” Lightning Coach Jon Cooper said. “He doesn’t say anything. All he does is give you everything he has on every shift.”
