Maybe it wasn’t as dramatic as his interception last year of Patrick Mahomes‘ pass in the Super Bowl, but Bucs’ safety Antoine Winfield Jr. victimized Mahomes again Sunday in the Pro Bowl.
Late in the first quarter, Winfield took an interception 63 yards for a touchdown, a nice moment for someone playing in his first Pro Bowl. And, he wasn’t the only Tampa Bay Buccaneer to make an impact. Receiver Mike Evans caught a 19-yard scoring pass.
Other Bucs in the game included center Ryan Jensen, linebackers Devin White and Shaq Barrett, guard Ali Marpet, and defensive lineman Vita Vea.
