Travis Trickett has joined University of South Florida’s coaching staff as the offensive coordinator and quarterback coach for the Bulls.

He spent the last three years at West Virginia as the inside receivers and tight ends coach. Trickett was ranked among the top 10 recruiters in the Big 12 Conference by 247Sports. He is said to be effective in landing highly regarded recruits from the Miami area.

Trickett has previously served as offensive coordinator at Georgia State, Florida Atlantic and Samford.

He replaces former offensive coordinator Charlie Weis, Jr., who left USF to join the coaching staff at Ole Miss.
